Arcade Sarcasm, an indie rock ensemble based out of the suburbs of Boise, Idaho, was created in 2023. Four long time friends came together with the pipe dream of cultivating a sound that intertwined the complexities of life's hardest decisions with electrifying melodies that demanded audiences attention. Inspired by iconic bands like Elbow, Kings of Leon, and Colony House, the band centers around experience based music that takes listeners on a complex journey of emotion throughout each song. Lead singer, Marven Shook writes lyrics based on the turning points that every human experiences as they walk through life changing decisions. The contrasts of joy to sorrow draw a line of connection within every listener. Their first single, "Drowning" released in 2024 and was the introduction to the world for this band.
