The band is called the Dinner Ladies after Pete’s mum who was a Dinner Lady, wounded in action Oakfield School Widnes 1968. We play primitive rock and roll and sing about things we believe in. We are part of the European DIY underground scene. ​ The group started in 2008 and have released five full length albums and two vinyl EPs. We have played hundreds of shows around the UK and Europe, including at festivals such as Rebellion, Bearded Theory, Fire In The Mountain and Sound City.
